Recruitment:
• Participate in the entire recruitment process: receiving hiring requests, creating Job Descriptions (JDs), posting jobs, sourcing and screening CVs, and conducting preliminary interviews; coordinate with divisions to evaluate and select candidates.
• Proactively source, connect, and build a talent pool of potential candidates.
• Apply AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of sourcing, building talent pools, and evaluating candidates.
• Manage recruitment data, prepare reports, and propose solutions to improve recruitment activities.
Training:
• Coordinate the development, organization, and facilitation of internal and external training programs; ensure all logistics regarding schedules, venues, equipment, and materials are prepared.
• Directly act as a Trainer/Facilitator for new employee onboarding programs and several basic skills training sessions.
• Research and design lively, logical, and visual slides, manuals, and training materials.
• Proactively research, propose, and apply AI, technologies, and modern methods to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment and training activities.
Perform other tasks as required by the job and the direct manager.
